About me:

Hi, my name is Ulrik Mynthe. I am originally from Denmark, and I am bilingual in Danish and English. My job as an English teacher has taken me all over the world. I have taught in Brazil, Colombia, Mexico, Spain, Oman, and Kuwait. Currently I live in Almería, Spain. Having taught in such diverse cultures has given me the ability to spark engaging conversations and adjust my teaching to each student’s particular needs, whether it is exam preparation or Business English. I am also passionate about IT, specifically web development, and would love to weave that into some interesting English for Special Purposes lessons.

I love the outdoors, hiking in the mountains, or strolling on the beach. I have travelled all my life and feel I will never stop. What keeps me going is meeting new people, experiencing new cultures, and learning from them while teaching.
