Hello!

Being a teacher brings together two areas of my life that are very important to me: my love of language and the joy I feel when I can spend time with people of all ages, backgrounds and walks of life.

The foundation of my teaching is a friendly and relaxed atmosphere where learners feel seen and respected. Learning a language requires not only dedication and focus, but also relaxation and fun. In my lessons, I pay close attention to this balance.

I’ve been working as a teacher of German as a foreign language and German as a second language at levels A1 to C1 for more than twenty years. During this time, I’ve met people with very different starting points and motivations for learning the language. This allows me today to quickly and naturally respond to each learner’s individual needs.

I’m happy to help you with targeted preparation for your language exam, improving your writing, listening and reading skills, or strengthening and developing your German for everyday life or work.
