About me

Hello, my name is Camilla and come from the beautiful city of Rostock in Germany. I have been living in Colombia for some time now and work here as a German as a Foreign Language teacher. My hobbies include traveling, playing guitar, hiking, and playing table tennis.

I finished my studies in Germany a year ago and have since been able to gain a lot of teaching experience. I work at a German institute here in Medellin, as well as online, and I offer both private and group courses. I really enjoy teaching my own native language! You will find a good mix of speaking, reading, grammar, writing, and listening as well as various interactive exercises in my lessons!

I actually always have a smile on my lips, and I think that’s also what learning a new language is about – curiosity and fun!
